Our course is not too long or too hilly, perfect for all golfers, and it provides a challenge to all levels of golfer with an interesting selection of holes.

Our clubhouse offers a wide range of food and beverage options and our friendly and relaxed lounge, dining room, terrace and garden are perfect for your pre and post round enjoyment.

Our well stocked Professional's Shop and our friendly administration team will provide you with everything you need before and during your golf day.

We are well located just off the M6 and A500/A34 ensuring easy travel and directions.

Activities & Services

We offer all the usual golf day activities and services such as nearest the pin, longest drive, nearest the pin in 2, buggy hire and more plus a few things that may add a different aspect to your day.

We are also able to provide a welcome bag, course planners, scorecards and why not go the extra mile with a starter on the 1st tee, video footage of those nerve wrecking 1st tee shots to be shown in the clubhouse afterwards or also a big screen results service.

Our Head Professional is always up for an enjoyable “Beat The Pro” challenge on our Par 3 18th hole and why not send your players on to the course with confidence after having a putting and short game session with our Head Professional before teeing off.

Our golf day activities and services will always be a mixture of professionalism and fun!

Prizes & Presentations

Our Professional’s Shop will be very pleased to assist with prizes for your golf day with their wide ranging stock of bags, clubs, balls, gloves, clothing and much more. Please organise with our Head Professional directly.

We will also be happy to provide a presentation table including the club cloth so your winners can always remember where they had their success. Please request at the time of booking.

Food & Beverage

Our renowned food and beverage services will offer you with a great start and finish to your golf day. Whether it’s an early morning wake up call of coffee and bacon baps or a more substantial offering we will not disappoint.

Our well stocked bar and post round food menus will provide something for everyone. We are a busy food and beverage operation in it’s own right and so we are used to dealing with whatever numbers and requirements you may have.

We do request that golf days choose one starter, main course or dessert when using our dining menus. We are able to offer choices of menus, with pre-orders being required, with a small supplement payable.

Our standard post round dining menus are as follows. Whilst we encourage golf days to use these tried and tested menus we are able to offer flexible dining options from our Hospitality Brochure, available to view on our website.

Booking, Payment Plus T&Cs

To book, please email us on office@wolstantongolfclub.co.uk or call us on 01782 622413 Option 2 to discuss available dates.

We will be happy to take details of your golf day booking over the phone or via email and we will send you an event sheet for confirmation of all the details of your booking.

Please note that all bookings are provisional only until a £100 deposit is paid in full. Bookings will be released after 1 week if full payment of the deposit is not received.

Numbers attending must be confirmed 7 days prior to the date of the event and this will be the value invoiced.

A minimum of 12 players are required to qualify for golf day green fee rates. If golf day numbers are lower than 12 players, all players will be required to pay a standard green fee rate.

The balance payment for the event must be paid in full prior to teeing off on the day of the event. All fees paid include insurance for players during the golf day.

All attending the golf day must abide the club’s dress code, code of conduct and must have a valid golf handicap. Juniors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
